Entry Criteria
This award recognises the innovative integration of construction methods to deliver a mixed-use or commercial tall building to meet specific design needs, as well as minimise both disruption and energy consumption. Project teams must have worked collaboratively to achieve the client’s corporate vision while demonstrating cost-predictability, economy, accuracy, speed of installation and principles of lean manufacture.
